As much as you can!: Keep moving and exercising. At sixty, maintaining balance and flexibility is very important; resistance exercise prevents fraility and osteoporosis. Avoid concussive cardio activities unless you weigh less than 140 and like to run. Cycling is much better at your age. Elliptical trainers are good. Hike and climb local trails. Swimming is great.
