Physical activity: Check w/doc first to be cleared for exercise. Then consider doing 1/2 hour of running or brisk walking daily. You can also alternate dates but up the time to 45 minutes. Don't stress. Peace and good health. Boredom interferes w/exercise. Be quiet if you can but you can use earphones if they help.
