How much does regular intense physical activity contribute to weight gain? i practice with weights 3-4 times/week and wish to gain weight.

To healthy gain: Exercise by itself burns calories. If one's calorie intake stayed the same as when sedentary, one might well lose weight. But with a healthy diet, exercise, especially with weights, converts the food into healthy weight--muscle mass, not fat. It's the best way to go!
