Depends: If you had a complete hysterectomy for benign reasons and you have no history of abnormal pap smear, you may not need any more pap smears. That doesn't mean that regular pelvic exams aren't still needed, along with breast cancer screening (mammogram, self-breast exam, clinical breast exam).
