Does a pap test get cells from endocervical ? why is pap done if endocervical curratage is better ?

Pap is easier, quicker, and a lot less expensive. Curettage would never work for widespread use for cervical cancer prevention. Equally important, curettage is mostly a treatment, not used for diagnosis except in special circumstances.
