Will i need to see a specialist for my lupus?

Yes: Even if the lupus is mild, i would see a rheumatologist. He or she can give you a thorough explanation of the disease, the prognosis, the treatment options, and the best plan for long term follow-up. Though many people have only mild disease, this condition needs early assessment and treatment (if necessary).
