Not directly: Troponin levels reflect injury the heart muscle. The test is usually performed to see if you have had a heart attack. Thyroid disorders _can_ contribute to heart problems. Heart disease or thyroid disorders _can_ contribute to infertility problems. However, most of the time, heart disease isn't caused by thyroid problems, nor is most infertility is due to heart or thyroid problems.
