Not directly: Troponin levels reflect injury the heart muscle. The test is usually performed to see if you have had a heart attack. Thyroid disorders _can_ contribute to heart problems. Heart disease or thyroid disorders _can_ contribute to infertility problems. However, most of the time, heart disease isn't caused by thyroid problems, nor is most infertility is due to heart or thyroid problems.

Very rarely, : Patients diagnosed with amyloidosis could have elevated troponin and thyroid dysfunction simultaneously... But this is rare...http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/pmc1860726/.
