Normal diet: A healthy diet is fine for all new moms. Only rarely are babies more gassy if mother eats gas-forming foods like cabbage or broccoli. Simply enjoy what you would normally eat and try to focus on eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of non-caffeinated drinks to help with breastmilk production.
