Why do i have so runny nose after i eat spicy foods?

Reflex: This is a sort of nerve reflex, not a food allergy as some think. Capsaicin trigger a signal that then leads to increased secretions... Saliva, mucus, etc. It is a form of non-allergic rhinitis (gustatory rhinorrhea is the fancy term).
