Where can i find a list of psychiatric hospitals that give you freedom?

No such thing: You're not suppose to have "freedom" in a psychiatric hospital. If you did, then why are you in the hospital? The level of independence in your activities while hospitalized depends on your condition, its severity, and your progress in being treated. The factors that play into this are mental functioning, reasoning ability, safety to self and others, and likelihood with treatment compliance.

Psych Hosp: When you are admitted to a psych hospital, its usually for danger to self, danger to others, gravely disabled, if there was freedom then the patients would do the above and thats why they are locked.
