Depends on cause: Nasal rubbing due to itching is often due to allergies. Allergies can cause inflamed tissues in the nose which can results in bleeding. Treatment of the nasal inflammation with prescription medication can improve both symptoms. Infections in the nose of sinuses could also cause rubbing or bleeding.
