Possibly: It's possible, but the jumbled speech and confusion could also indicate other things. Please see your doctor very soon -- this would be the safest thing. You should have certain medical labs checked also, which your primary care doctor can get started. Then, a consultation with a psychiatrist might be in order, to review things with you from another perspective.
