Can be: If the drooping eyelid is interfering with your periferal vision to a significant amount that is determined by a test called "visual field test", then most insurances cover the procidure.. This test is performed by your eye doctor. You should check with your insurance that the eyelid surgery is included in your coverage. Some insurance plans exclude that entierly regardless of medical necessity.
