See below: Get up and move frequently during travel. Exercise when you get a chance and get in good shape prior to travel. Avoid alcohol. If you cross time zones consider melatonin or a hypnotic such as zolpidem. If you have aches consider taking Acetaminophen or a non steroidal agent prior to your travel unless they are contraindicated due to allergy or an underlying medical condition.
