Better foot control: May have tendinitis or capsulitis. These are inflammatory problems that are usually secondary to overuse and foot function. Icing daily, antiinflammatories, rest(no weight bearing fitness activity), good shoes and support. Improving foot function with the right shoe and support can help improve problems and reduce the chance of an overuse injury in the future. Have your problem evaluated. Dr l.
