Sure - hermaphrodite: Hermaphrodites can have ambiguous, reversed of mixed genitalia, depending on their specific diagnosis and genotype. Being ok as you say is not impossible after corrective hormonal andor surgical therapy and appropriate gender assignment counseling and psychotherapy.
