Gatorade: There are no stimulants like caffeine etc. In gaorade. Therefor, i doubt that it would cause arrhythmias.

Yes: Gatorade contains a significant amount of salt; it can raise ones blood pressure and cause heart failure and rapid heart rhythms in those with uncontrolled high blood pressure.
