Snoring loudly?: If you are snoring loudly and this is waking you up, then you may just be a loud snorer or you may even have sleep apnea. Sleep apnea symptoms include tiredness / fatigue, falling asleep during the day when you don't want to, and noted periods of long pauses when you are sleeping.

Sleep apnea?: Could be you suffer from (obstructive) sleep, apnea. You could be waking yourself up gasping for air. With osa, you actually stop breathing and cannot get air into your lungs. This can be a very dangerous condition which should be evaluated. Can lead to heart problems. Start with your md and get a referral to a sleep md or dentist.
