Brand/dose: Bayer is one of the companies that make aspirin. Baby aspirin is an old fashion name for the low dose form (81mg vs 325mg) that is never used for babies any more. Aspirin is linked to liver failure/coma/death in kids under 16 if given during various viral illnesses. The "baby" is a name that stuck, but it means the low dose form docs use in heart attack or stroke prevention.
