Eosinophillia: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5293177/ Have aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease, chronic sinusitis or is this new? if aspirin allergy or the triad of aspirin allergy nasal polyps and asthma ,quite possibly . Would follow up with allergist./infectious disease./rheumatology as a number of parasite/ fungi/autoimmune can be associated w/ eosinophilia ( see article above)
