Plavix (clopidogrel): Plavix (clopidogrel) has solid data. Aggrenox has 0ne study with many flaws. Pts with strokes also tend to have cardiovascular and peripheral disease. Plaxix reduces mortality in these pts and Aggrenox doesnt. Plavix (clopidogrel) is now generic and Aggrenox is expensive.
