Very controversial: Answer depends upon how you interpret evidence. Kind of like blind men & elephant. Bottom line, while we often add Clopidogrel to aspirin to prevent stroke, the outcome benefits are not quite there. Of note, we're not "treating" so much as "preventing" another one
