Radiesse (dermal fillers) Safety: Radiesse (dermal fillers) dermal filler has a great safety profile. Temporary undesired effects such as bleeding and bruising at the site of injection are similar to hyaluronic acid fillers. Redness and swelling immediately after treatment is frequent but short lived. Consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon/ cosmetic surgeon to discuss your goals and concerns.

Yes, if done wrong: Don't inject Radiesse (dermal fillers) into the lips or use it superficially. These will cause lumps.
