Radiesse (dermal fillers) efficacy: The manufacturer advertises the efficacy duration for Radiesse (dermal fillers) as 14 months. In clinical practice, i tell my patients that it lasts about a year but not in all patients. See your plastic surgeon for an evaluation and s/he can best guide you about this and other fillers.

Many variables: There a few factors that determine the longevity of radiesse (dermal fillers). Where the Radiesse (dermal fillers) is placed, what is trying to be achieved with the product and the skin tone or quality of the patient. The looser the skin and flatter the face requires using lots of the product. Generally, i find it lasts between 7-12 months. www.artofplasticsurgery.com.
