Not much additional: Since Claritin is probably our weakest antihistamine adding it to any other is of limited value. Depending upon reason for xyzal (levocetirizine) might consider other type of medication; topical intranasal corticosteroid for nasal symptoms or fexofenadine or ceterizine for hives.
