No serious effects: Both Xyzal (levocetirizine) and Claritin are new generation antihistamines with good safety profiles. Taking 1 tab of Xyzal (levocetirizine) with 1 tab of Claritin would likely have no ill effect. If allergy symptoms are not controlled and that is why 2 antihistamines were taken, see an allergist for a better medication plan.
