Is eating too much crawdads bad for you?

It depends: Too much food in general can lead to obesity and a host of problems from high blood pressure to diabetes to heart disease and arthritis. If that's not a problem, occasionally eating a lot of any one food is probably fine as long as you get a good variety of other foods most of the time.

How much is too much: Eating ice is probably not bad (except it is bad to chew ice as it is hard on the teeth.) however, there are reports of people getting water intoxicated due to drinking too much water leading to an electrolyte imbalances. Avoid too much of anything is a good rule of thumb.

Bad?: It depends on what you mean by "too much, " what conditions you're dealing with, and what your goals are. If you're binge-eating anything, it warrants a discussion with your doctor about your particular situation.

It can be: Eating too much of anything can be a bad thing. As an extreme people have died from water poisoning from drinking too much water. If you eat so much salmon that you are excluding other important nutrients and foods in your diet than it may be too much. If you are healthy and fit and have a balanced diet it may be ok. Honestly ask someone you trust, if they think you are eating too much.

Eating eggs: Not sure of your definition of "too many eggs" but eggs are an amazingly good food and get a lot of "bad rap" about cholesterol. Eating 2-4 eggs per week is not harmful and can be good for you. Be sure to purchase free-range, organic eggs for the best overall health of your diet.

Yes: It can have a bad effect but just how bad....not terrible. Cheese is a fatty meal so it will elevate your lipid levels It also may bind you making you somewhat constipated. Other than this not much else.
