It can be: Eating too much of anything can be a bad thing. As an extreme people have died from water poisoning from drinking toos much water. If you eat so much yogurt that you are excluding other important nutrients and foods in your diet than it may be too much yogurt. If you are healthy and fit and have a balanced diet it may be ok. Honestly ask someone you trust, if they think you are eating too much.
