Are white chestnut drops a homeopathic remedy?

Maybe: There is a bach flower essence made from chestnut buds, and there is also a homeopathic remedy (aesculus hippocastanum) made from chestnut. The two are prepared very differently, may have different effects in people, and the process for prescription differs too.
