Meniscus??: Might be meniscal tear. Needs exam and maybe mri.

Bone bruise?: You may have a bone bruise. If there is limited swelling and good stability of the knee, you may have simply bruised the cartilage or bone. If it is not better in 4-6 wks, get it checked out.
