A member asked:

What can exercise do to boost my mood while i'm at work?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Helps you stay alert: Exercise keeps the blood moving to your muscles and if done frequently -- even small amounts -- may help you feel better physically. This may have an affect on your mood. Try getting out of your chair every 60-90 minutes and stretching or walking for a few minutes. It may help your productivity as well.
