It Beats Negativity: When people feel "stressed" they often think in negative ways. For example, they may be catastrophizing or playing the "what-if" game. They're thinking about and fearing outcomes that they don't want. It is helpful to limit the time spent on negativity and fears. Instead, more time could be spent on planning for and working toward desired outcomes. Keep it simple. Work for what you want.
