What are inflammatory and fibrotic lung disorders?

No short answer here: That's a really complicated question. There are a whole host of disorders that cause fibrosis of the lung. The most common is called uip, which is a disease of unknown etiology, that is not related to smoking or other disorders, and results in scarring of the lungs i would recommend a pathology text book to see a list of all the possible lung disorders.
