Hello dctr..i have done x rays of my lungs n got result that there are suspicious fibrotic strands on my lower lung left side.what does this means?

Need to see xray: The specific interpretation of the film does require reviewing the film. Multiple causes of such findings are possible, including a scar left by previous infection, to an ongoing acute lung infection (pneumonia) or chronic fungal infection. Please talk to your doctor about this result!
