Clinical history: So it depends on prior exposures. If you clinically have cough, fever, mucus production more likely an acute infection like pneumonia. However in endemic area, tuberculosis until proven otherwise. In younger person without other lung issues it would be rare to have fibrosis in upper lungs. See specialist if this does not resolve with antibiotics and repeat xray (priors?) for help
