What are first signs of colon cancer?

Maybe none: First signs may be non-visible rectal bleeding, changes to bowel function. Early colon cancers will have no symptoms. Colonoscopy is a way to find a colon cancer early.

Maybe none: But also blood in stool, change in bowels, recurrent abdominal pain in the same location, weight loss, loss of appetite to name a few. If suspicious or at risk, get a colonoscopy.
