Lots of options: Sounds like a nice problem to have reliable contraception and not have to deal with heavy periods. Check a pregnancy test to make sure. If you are using it correctly then the lack of bleeding is not a concern. Many people will use it continuously to avoid bleeding. Discuss this option with your doctor and the cramping problem may be solved too.
