Muscle tension: If you stretch the neck by looking towards the left and the tingling is on the right side, that is produced by muscle tension; the opposite may be produced by neck spondylosis and reduced size of the neural foramina. It is probably muscle tension and a very benign problem that could goes away with massage, ice and tylenol (acetaminophen).
