Correct diagnosis: How do you know that you have sinusitis? You could have rhinitis only or even if you have a rhino-sinusitis, the etiology is usually viral. You need to talk to your obstetrician or pediatrician before you take any medications. A safe treatment for you would be a steroid nasal spray. Very little of this is absorbed into the blood. The best diagnosis for sinusitis is by an ENT physician.
