Unlikely: Alcohol is a far more likely cause of elevated liver enzymes. If you are on any medication, that may a cause. If you are overweight that may explain it too. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.

High enzymes: Be sure to have a blood panel that checks you for evidence of hepatitis A,B, and C. A cbc and differential cell count and test for infectious mononucleosis can also be included if the hepatitis panel is negative.

Not from Vit A but:: Carrots have NO Vit. A! They're rich in beta carotene, which we convert to A as needed; if one has high levels of A they stop converting beta carotene to A; there are no proven cases of carrots causing A toxicity. The interesting case Dr. Ho shared apparently didn't have proven A toxicity. It's much more likely alcohol is a factor; stop alcohol but test for viruses etc. https://tinyurl.com/y44l6de3
