Seek Help: If you are that sleepy, it may be a sign of a significant sleep disorder like sleep apnea or, since you are so young, even narcolepsy. Get checked out. And please don't drive or do anything hazardous if sleepy.

Probably depression: Your other question asked about dealing w/ depressioin. If you're 24 & sleeping constantly & unhappy, you might have a medical problem (low thyroid, lyme, etc) but more likely have depression. Increased sleep is more typical of bipolar d/o. Do you have periods (days to weeks to months, not minutes or hours) of increased energy followed by periods of great depression, without precipitants?
