Key Word: Life Style: Exercise. Eat 5-9 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Sleep 8 hours a day. Manage stress. Drink 8 glasses of filtered water a day. Avoid artificial sweeteners, pop, tobacco, chemicals, white sugar/flour/rice/, flouride, mercury fillings. Add omega 3's and vitamin d & a well absorbed multi. Love much and forgive all. You will then be far ahead of the experience here.

In a nutshell: Be moderate in all ways. Diet, sleep, work, exercise, leisure, love, family, etc. Take your time to be aware of consequences and do less things that bring bad and more that feel good. Pay attention to what you say, do and feel - keep a detailed journal. Then use the info. Be patient - it's like studying w/ YOU as the subject. If it takes as long as a degree, you're doing fine. Best!
