Well, it would be : Helpful to explore what is wrong. Recommend seeing your physician to rule out any medical conditions that could be contributing? You can chose to have a more positive life experience. But, it takes commitment, desire & effort to make a turn around in attitudes. Have you considered seeing a clinical psychologist in your area for cognitive behavioral therapy or some other form of psychotherapy?
