How can a woman's health change once she turns 40?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Doesn't have to: After 40 or by 40 many women are in perimenpoause and will experience hormone fluctuations. Eyesight changes...You may need glasses. You may have mood swings, memory loss that is temporary; you may notice a few wrinkles here and there. But many women have never felt more alive and more valued and free as they mature. Acupuncture/ chinese med can help with hormone changes...A lot!
