How harmful for your health is it for a woman's mental health to do porn?

Varies, usu not good: Questions like this can only be answered on average. Some women seem untroubled by it, or even find it empowering. However, most find it dehumanizing. And since porn lasts forever, it's always out there as potentially shameful, job- or relationship-destroying. Also, many women in porn were previously abused, & are working out their issues on screen instead of in therapy. A sad business.
