How can i find a good doctor for my elderly loved one in assisted living?

Recommendation...: Assisted living homes are for people, usually elderly, that need assistance with activity of daily living. Resident is independent & may go out of facility to any doc. However, the reality is that much of the health care takes place in the facility. Usually 2-4 primary care docs see res there. Ask nurse at the home or other res families who they would rec; specialist in geriatrics preferable.
