Eat well.: Low glycemic paeolithic or mediterranian diet, avoid saturated fats. Get adequate vitamin d3 (2000iu/4000iu/day and 3-omega fatty acids. A good mutlivitamin completes the scaffolding. Make sure you get exercise, control your weight, keep lipids and BP in control.
