Disease carriers: There are many vaccine preventable diseases that are easily spread by those incubating the disease. Whether it is by cough or saliva left on a public surface, you can be exposed and contract the disease if you are not immune. Cities are an easy source of exposure. Measles has been cited as the cause of 30 deaths in Europe last year. Many countries do not have comprehensive vaccination efforts.
