A member asked:

How can i help my child feel more comfortable with who he is? he's adopted.

Reassurance: Depending on age, tell an adopted child that some children are born to their mother, others are especially chosen, and the chosen ones are just as loved as those who are born physically. Explain that you will love him so much that you will teach him the right things to do, give him rules, support him whenever he needs you. If he looks dramatically different than your family, reassure him.
