Looks like State/CDC: This looks like something for the cdc. This appears to be a list of infectious diseases that must be reported to the state health deparments who voluntarily report to the cdc and includes diseases like babesiosis, anthrax, diptheria, and HIV (human immunodeficiency virus). In short, it seems to include all potentially epidemic conditions that must be reported so outbreaks can be controlled.
